For those busy professionals who simply don’t have any other time to workout or the early bird who likes to step into the day with energy to conquer the world! You will not meet more positive, driven people than in our 6am class to help you stay motivated and consistent.
8:30 am Mon. Wed. Fri.
Let me guess, you cant workout in the morning because you have to get the kids up and off to school, but you cant workout in the evening because there’s home work to make sure is done and spending that all important time with your family. Well, our 8:30 am class is just for you, after you drop the kids off at school, come strait on over for an energizing hour long workout that fits nicely into your daily routine and makes you feel energetic, calm and productive for the rest of the day!
5:30 pm Boot Camp Monday-Thursday
This class time is ideal for you if you want a great workout that integrates nicely into your work day. Just come on over strait from work, get a great workout in and head home for dinner feeling a great sense of accomplishment for the day!
6:30 pm Monday-Thursday
This boot camp is great for you if you get held over at work a lot or have a bit longer commute. You can still make it to a great workout! Get a great warm-up and well rounded strength training, core work and cardio right after work! Then you can go home and enjoy an awesome dinner!
8:30 am Saturday’s Plus cool outdoor excursions
Everyone’s week gets hectic some times, don’t worry if you miss a workout, you can always come in for a Saturday workout! When everyone else is “falling off the wagon” and cheating on their diet, you can sleep in, and still get to a 8 or 9am workout with us and still have the rest of weekend in front of you!
Plus about once a month we like to mix things up with some outdoor recreation with workouts in the park, trail hikes, our famous beach obstacle courses, we’ve even done some rock climbing and day trips to Catalina island were we kayak, hike and go zip lining!
